Our Offering
We primarily act as a vacation rental and our first commitment is always to our guests and their privacy.
We offer 2 locations for shooting, depending on your needs.
The Whole Farm - including the house and area east of the ridge.
Non-disturb Areas - the farm sheds, and driveway to the west of the ridge.
Pricing depends on your needs and budget.
The cost of hiring the whole farm will differ based on the timing and bookings made at the last minute are offered a considerable discount.
Hiring the house and whole farm more than 7 days in the future will generally incur the cost of 2 nights’ accommodation as well as a filming fee.
Accommodation rates vary but start at $1950 per night.
About Ocean Farm
A dream location with 200 acres of rolling hills and ocean views. The landscape is rural and coastal with access to Ocean Farm House, grassland, sheds, buildings and a 1.5km private driveway.
The farm has been compared to Northern Californian Coastline, Ireland and even Scotland.
Inclusions
When you hire Ocean Farm for film or still photography you have the right to film on the farm and in the house depending on the agreement.
You do not have the right to stay overnight in the house but accommodation can be provided at an extra charge.
You and your suppliers must have the correct public liability insurance. You are responsible for damages incurred to the farm and property and are responsible for the actions of your sub-contractors.

Indicative Pricing
Prices start at $1500 per 8 hours for a booking on the non-disturb land for a small shoot.
The price increases to $5000 plus 2 nights accommodation for a shoot using more than 45 cast and crew when booked in advance.
